I giovani amici Harriet Pinel e Luca Cordelli, hanno fatto tappa a Kampot e Kep, come inizio di una vacanza in Cambogia. / Our young friends Harriet Pinel and Luca Cordelli stopped in Kampot and Kep to kick off their vacation in Cambodia.
Harriet è la figlia di un caro amico del Presidente Franco Farao e già qualche mese fa si era messa in contatto con noi per avere qualche informazione e dritta per il suo viaggio in Cambogia. / Harriet is the daughter of a close friend of our President, Franco Farao. A few months ago, she reached out to us for some information and insider tips for her trip to Cambodia.
I due giovani amici di A Smile for Cambodia, arrivati a Kampot il 15 agosto, seguendo le indicazioni che abbiamo dato loro, hanno fatto il tour delle province di Kampot e Kep con il nostro tuk tuk driver Mr.Manou. / The two young friends of A Smile for Cambodia arrived in Kampot on August 15. Following our recommendations, they toured the Kampot and Kep provinces with our trusted tuk-tuk driver, Mr. Manou.
Il tour che hanno fatto sta ormai diventando un classico per i visitatori che dall’Italia arrivano a Kampot e Kep per visitare il nostro Centro. Saline di Kampot, foresta di mangrovie, crab market a Kep, Sothy’s Pepper Farm, Maline Resort e Secret lake e, lungo la via, fermata al nostro Centro Diurno ad incontrare i nostri meravigliosi bambini e lo staff. / The itinerary they followed is fast becoming a classic for visitors traveling from Italy to Kampot and Kep to see our Center. It includes the Kampot salt fields, the mangrove forest, Kep crab market, Sothy’s Pepper Farm, Maline Resort, and the Secret Lake—with a stop along the way at our Day-Care Center to meet our wonderful children and staff.

Harriet ci ha già scritto che desidera ritornare a visitare il nostro Centro a breve, per reincontrare i nostri bambini. / Harriet has already written to us saying she wishes to return to visit our Center again soon to see our children once more.
Ogni volta che i nostri sostenitori hanno occasione di venire a Kep a vedere quello che è stato realizzato laggiù e a conoscere i nostri bambini, per noi è un successo. Ed è il modo più diretto e semplice per condividere lo spirito che anima il nostro progetto e che ci ha portato fin dove siamo arrivati. / Every time our supporters have the opportunity to come to Kep, see what has been accomplished over there, and get to know our children, it is a success for us. It is the most direct and simple way to share the spirit that drives our project and that has brought us to where we are today.
